Dear Lincoln Community,

It’s been a fabulous semester back on campus, with many wonderful learning opportunities for our students as well as our faculty and staff. We have so much to be thankful for!

Our Athletics and Activities team was one of the first to return to action and they have been leading our students to joyfully run, jump, and play since the start of the semester.

Our Visual Arts and Performing Arts team is back in person, showcasing the creativity of our students through inspiring works of art, beautiful instrumental music, delightful singing, and incredible acting talent!

Our Service Learning team is back in action, having collected 147 boxes of food and gifts to deliver to our neighbors in Barrio El Ceibo, with whom we have had a special relationship for decades.

Our Health Office team has been efficiently managing our return to campus, watching over the health and safety of every single member of our community.

Our Counselors have steadily supported all of us, students, staff, and parents, through the various ups and downs of this past semester.

Our Librarians have continued to open up our libraries with new programs to promote literacy and expand our vistas beyond the here and now.

Every single teacher in ES, MS, and HS has been so happy to have students back on campus, putting all their effort into supporting learning for each student in our care.

Our super Lincoln staff has been quietly and diligently working behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly for our community - our guards and maintenance teams, our mansion staff, our divisional offices

Our PAL team has worked steadily this semester to design a new model for International Day that brought us all back face to face for a beautiful day of fellowship and celebration.

Our Lincoln Board has been hard at work this semester, with the successful culmination of the search for a new superintendent, as well as an updated and refreshed master facility plan soon to be shared!

The pandemic taught us that our time together is precious and should not be taken for granted. We treasure this ever changing community that we have all chosen to be part of. Lincoln is a school in motion, always changing, always growing, always getting better; that is what great schools do! My deepest gratitude to each of you for contributing so fully to make this community healthy, to bring optimism everyday, and to work towards excellence.

My best wishes for a fantastic holiday season and may 2022 bring many new and wonderful opportunities for joy!

Warmest regards,
