HIGH SCHOOL

Dear HS Community,

Congratulations to all high school students with the end of the semester and for your work on the final assessments and exams.  This past week our students showed outstanding resilience, focus, and dedication to their learning with nearly 100% attendance for all exams, with the exception of some pre-arranged absences.

On behalf of the high school faculty and staff, I would like to wish everyone a restful break in the coming weeks, with time to spend with family, frends, self, and a good book!

I would like to personally thank the Lincoln high school students and families for welcoming me into this incredible learning and community space that is Lincoln. At the beginning of the year, I challenged students to help make the school, their school, a better place for others.

With the school year coming to an end, I continue to be impressed with the many ways that students have done just that!  From service projects, showcases, and class projects that demonstrate creativity, crfitical thinking, and concern, to after school engagement that shows the best of teamwork, dedication, and commitment. I am so proud to be part of this community and to be facilitating the leadership of the high school.

To those who will be returning next year, we can’t wait to see you in August. To those who are leaving Lincoln, we wish you all the best in your next school and location.

On behalf of all the teachers and staff of the high school, congratulations on a great year!

#AllTogether

Warmest regards,

Dave Nelson, Ed.D.
