Dear HS Community,
It’s such an exciting time of the year with celebrations of achievement, milestones for our graduates, and opportunities for all students to demonstrate their learning, both in and out of the classroom.
In addition to our Seniors taking their last IB Exams, this past week we celebrated the 2nd Semester HS Showcase of Learning in Visual and Performing Arts, featuring students from Drama, Music, Art, and Film. In the first week of June, students will present their performance based work in many elective courses as well.
This weekend is the Junior & Senior Prom and next week features multiple celebrations in build-up to the 2025 Graduation Ceremony. Here are some reminders:
- High School Junior / Senior Prom, sponsored by Lincoln and the Class of 2026. Saturday, May24, 2025 - 7:30-11:00pm
-Theme: Hollywood Night!
-Location: Circulo Olivos Eventos
-Exclusively for Lincoln students from grades 11-12 - High School Academic Awards Assembly, grades 9-12, May 28, 2025 from 11:30-1:15 pm in the Lincoln Auditorium. All families of students who will be receiving awards have been notified via email and are invited to attend the ceremony.
- Parade of the Graduates - Class of 2025 - Thursday, May 29, 2025, at 12:00 (Noon). The graduates will exit as a line of graduates and parade through the Elementary school, Middle School, High School, and out to the courtyard in front of the upstairs gym lobby. Families are welcome to join in the celebration and cheer the graduates on.
- Graduation Ceremony and Reception - Class of 2025 - Friday, May 30, 2025. 6:00 pm. All visitors to the graduation must have a ticket to enter the campus.
For our seniors, there is a week of activities. Seniors and their families may download the detailed letter, which has been emailed prior, explaining the end of the year celebrations for our Seniors.
Also coming up:
- Student produced version of Mama Mia, June 2 and 3, from 5:00 - 6:00 pm in the Lincoln Theater. This performance is 100% produced by the students and promises to be packed with energy, creativity, music, and fun! You are invied to join in the fun!
- Final Exams, June 2-13, 2025 - Final Assessment Schedule for Semester 2, June 2-13 and description of design and philosophy.
