Principal's Letter

Welcome to our High School. The High School Program at Lincoln is designed to provide challenge and opportunity for students in grades 9-12. At Lincoln we seek to foster a strong sense of community while placing learning and growth at the center of all we do. We recognize and engage the rich diversity on our campus among students, teachers, and staff, embracing the potential it brings to our educational environment.

Our academic program sets high standards, matched with comprehensive support for all students. We offer academic and social counseling, highly qualified teachers, learning support, enrichment opportunities, and advanced courses, along with a variety of co-curricular activities, service opportunities, and internships that extend learning for all students. Our goal is to ensure that every student learns at high levels and discovers pathways to confidence and personal success.

Our students have the opportunity to pursue three diplomas: the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma, the American International School Diploma, and the AEL Argentine Diploma. Within all classes, we seek to empower students as they develop the Attributes of a Lincoln Learner as thinkers and researchers, communicators, agents of change, and self-navigators. We seek to engage students as problem solvers, researchers, and risk takers who are inspired and well-equipped to make a positive difference in our community.

Throughout their high school years, students meet regularly in grade-level Advisory groups. These sessions are designed to build trusting relationships, foster social-emotional learning, and support career and college guidance, all the while helping students to enhance their organizational skills, communication skills, and leadership qualities. In grades 11 and 12, all students create a portfolio of creativity, activity, and service (CAS) projects, fulfilling part of the AEL graduation and IB Diploma requirements.

#ALLTogether, our goal is to prepare and inspire all students to become lifelong learners, well equipped to be agents of change in an ever-changing world.

Once again, welcome to our High School at Asociación Escuelas Lincoln.
