ES Olympics
Lincoln Elementary Olympics: A Fun and Exciting Experience for All!
Get ready for a day filled with excitement as our students explore the spirit of the Olympics in a fun and playful way. This October, all Elementary students will have the chance to participate in their very own Olympics!
Throughout this special event, students will build leadership, teamwork, and a strong sense of fair play. The focus will be on having fun together as a team, not on winning or losing. The games will include relay races, sports, and lots of laughter!
The games will take place on Field 3 (the big field) at the following times:
- 9:30-11:30: Grades 3-4-5
- 1:30-3:00: Grades K-1-2
Each team will wear a specific color, so make sure to find out your child’s team color. Dress up in matching colors, cheer them on, and be part of the fun! Let’s celebrate this day of joy and sportsmanship together!
If parents plan to take their child straight after the event at 3PM, please remember to write to esdismissal@lincoln.edu.ar ahead of time. Specify if you are canceling bus and/or activity.
We are looking forward to seeing you at our Lincoln Olympic Games.
Sincerely, Ms. Silvia Mondría, Mr Nico Puricelli, P.E Teachers
Conferences
We look forward to welcoming all families to school to discuss your child’s learning and set goals for future learning and growth.
- During our two conference days (October 31 - November 1), there will not be classes for students.
- Families will arrange a conference appointment time with their child’s teachers.
- Students in 2nd-5th grade are expected to attend the conference with their family at the conference time they will arrange.
- K4, K5, and 1st grade do not attend the conference with their families. We will have some staff available to provide childcare for the students while their parents attend the conferences. Please note this is only for Lincoln students and only for the time that parents are on campus attending conferences.
- Our Technology Department will send instructions on how to sign-up for conferences through our “Conference Manager” platform soon.
- Sign-ups for conferences will open up to families when we return from break on October 21.
- More details will come in future newsletters from your child’s teacher.
