Mental health is an important component of overall well being. At Lincoln, we value the holistic development of each individual, and we encourage all members of our community to care for their own health and safety, including their social, emotional, as well as physical and intellectual well being. With that in mind, we want to share the following resources regarding mental health services.
Below is a list of available service providers for mental health. Please know that we do our best to provide accurate information based on recommendations that we receive, but this is not a complete list nor do we endorse any particular provider. BetterHelp provides access to online sessions with licensed, trained, experienced, and accredited psychologists (PhD / PsyD), marriage and family therapists (LMFT), clinical social workers (LCSW / LMSW), and board licensed professional counselors (LPC).
Truman Group
The Truman Group provides high quality remote psychotherapy and mental health consultation to expatriates living around the world. We work with individuals, couples, families and children in regions of the world that have few local English-speaking resources available for mental health. Most of our providers have either lived overseas themselves or have extensive experience treating people who have lived and worked internationally.

- You may ask for english speaking coordinator and therapist, please note that options will be limited and there may be delays in processing requests.
- It's a private center for Medicus affiliates.
- We have to go to an admissions interview and then we'll get referred to either a psychologist or psychiatrist (depending on the case).
- They have a wide variety of hours for appointments.
- Both the admissions and the treatment can be in English, but they don't have a big number of fluent English professionals, so when the person calls for the interview, they'll have to specify they need it to have in English.

Web therapy options with 50% reimbursement & up to $3,000 per person per policy year.
TELEHEALTH
IMG will be able to process those claims as part of the current telemedicine benefits. Any billing submitted for reimbursement must include the providers information such as:
- Name & credential details
- Address,
- tax ID number if in USA;
- the date of service;
- a diagnosis and procedure code;
- where service was rendered i.e. telemedicine or in office; and cost of the service rendered.
Members using providers in the US should have the providers submit the claims directly to us through the network. The providers claims submission information is on the back of the ID cards. That way they can receive the discount on the claim and also have you pay a cheaper co insurance. We are covered for 50% of Mental and Nervous benefits for outpatient services. The plan covers up to $3,000 per person per policy year for outpatient Mental and Nervous. The therapist will determine the diagnosis/condition he/she will use on his/her receipts or when he/she files the claim directly through us.
