One of our learners won Best Delegate for the Security Council. Another one earned an honorable mention for the Historical Crisis Committee. Learn more about this unique experience.

Nine of our high school students participated in the first International Model United Nations Conference (MUN) hosted by The International School Nido de Aguilas in Santiago, Chile. And they came back with praises! Ethan, from Grade 11, won Best Delegate for the Security Council; and Sebastian, from Grade 9, earned an honorable mention for the Historical Crisis Committee. Congratulations for the awards to all our Agents of Change for participating in such a challenging event! “All students contributed tremendously to their committees.” Sara Zohore said, Athletics and Activities Director.

From November 2nd to the 6th, 160 students from countries that are part of the South American Activities Conference (SAAC), such as Argentina, Uruguay, Ecuador, Peru, and Brazil, attended the event. It was an opportunity for students to gather for 10 hours and debate about gun control laws, human rights protection in Qatar, and international water security.
