Strategic Plan Seeks a more Inclusive and Cohesive Campus (opens in new window/tab)

To have a more inclusive and cohesive educational organization, we recognized the need for a master facility plan. We worked with Flansburgh Architects, a studio of design experts, to check the previous master plans, have a general facilities overview, and suggest a long-term vision, with scopes and parameters, for the campus.

Thanks to their feedback, we are one step closer to designing a new campus that considers the school’s mission and improves pedestrian circulation. Overall we hope for an environmentally sustainable campus that fits everyday and future learning needs.

Since 2020, Lincoln has set efforts to enhance our learning community with a Strategic Plan. Our Board of Governors seek to accomplish four strategic objectives: teaching and learning, professional growth, institutional advancement, and resources, which include facilities.
