Clash of the Titans Film Challenge 2026

What happens when Lincoln students have only 48 hours to create a short film in Paris? Creativity, growth, and an award! A group of our high school students flew to France to take part in the Clash of the Titans Film Challenge, the world’s largest in-person cinematic showdown that connects international schools and their International Baccalaureate students to compete and celebrate the art of filmmaking by creating incredible short films.

The four-day event was a high-stakes immersion into the professional world of filmmaking. During the trip, our learners had the opportunity to attend exclusive workshops led by industry experts, have direct Q&A sessions with masters of the craft, and collaborate with talented peers from prestigious institutions like the American School of Paris, Munich International School, Shanghai American School, the International School of Beijing, American School of Doha, Westlake Academy, and Pirates Harbor High.

In the end, they had to face the ultimate test: create a short film, from the initial concept to the final soundtrack; all in 48 hours. It was definitely a challenge to their creativity and problem-solving skills. But their passion and resilience paid off: they took home the award for Best Editing!

Besides expanding their creativity into new horizons, our #AgentsOfChange had the chance to learn from the best, engage in global networking, and grow as future professional filmmakers.
