Welcome to lincoln!
It is an honor for me to lead this unique school in Buenos Aires! We are a caring and connected community, representing many different cultures from around the world, languages, traditions, beliefs, and expressions of self, and we come together to learn. This community is joined together by our mission, which drives everything we do. Our mission is not just words on a page, it is the ambitious quest we offer to every single member of our community.
We inspire and challenge all of our learners
to be kind and ethical members of a global community.
We empower them to develop into
self-aware, confident, innovative, and collaborative change-agents committed to honoring
diversity and enhancing their world.
Parents choose schools for many different reasons and selecting the right school for their children is one of the most important decisions that parents make. We provide a rich academic environment with curriculum, instruction, and assessment practices that are designed to match the diverse strengths, needs, and interests of our students. Our world-class teachers are highly motivated professionals, dedicated to supporting and challenging students, while continuing to improve their own practice as well. Our facilities provide ample spaces for small class sizes, with libraries, science labs, maker spaces, music and art classrooms, an auditorium, theater, gym and swimming pool, outdoor fields and playgrounds, cafeteria and health office.
During the current pandemic, we remain grounded in a commitment to health and safety and adherence to local regulations and protocols. We have formed partnerships with local health and hygiene specialists, medical practitioners, as well as epidemiologists from the international community, to advise us on matters related to the health and safety of our community. We have also remained in communication with other international schools in our region and across the world, to understand various practices and anticipate developments. We have a Steering Committee that meets weekly to address needs and plan accordingly. It is my commitment to you that we will remain vigilant during this pandemic and that we will do everything we can to ensure that our community is safe so that learning can continue.
But we are not resting on our laurels or riding on the status quo. As a school, we have our eye on the future, and we are committed to becoming ever more agile in a fast-paced changing digital and global world, and ever more professional and human-centered in a competitive marketplace. Our efforts here at Lincoln are significant and impressive, especially given the many challenges we face. I encourage you to visit and learn more about us!
