NEW STRATEGIC PLAN
SHAPING THE SCHOOL OF THE FUTURE
Following a highly collaborative journey that engaged over 600 voices across our community—including parents, staff, and students— we have officially completed the design phase of our new Strategic Plan. This robust framework was built upon key areas of focus derived directly from our comprehensive community surveys, student workshops, and neighborhood World Café conversations. These invaluable insights served as the cornerstone for our Strategic Planning Retreat, where a representative group of stakeholders successfully transformed our community feedback and data into a bold, forward-thinking institutional roadmap.
With the design phase fully finalized, we are thrilled to announce that we are ready to launch the upcoming school year in August with this operational strategic plan in full effect. The roadmap for Lincoln's next chapter is set.
