Staffing is aligned to enrollment and represents school commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion

2020-2021

  • There is no evidence.

2021-2022

  • Reduction of Over-Staffing in specific areas and aligned staffing with enrollment needs, while planning for the transient student population.
  • Adjusting staffing to accommodate changes in enrollment and diverse student needs. This approach is essential to maintaining quality education and meeting the expectations of families in a dynamic environment.
  • Training in Equitable Hiring Practices for the Admin Team, reinforcing the school’s commitment to fair and inclusive recruitment processes while adapting to the challenges of the local labor market.

2022-2023

  • Enrollment and budget alignment, supported by the previous year's voluntary retirement plan. This made it possible to adjust personnel to fit Lincoln's strategic objectives and to take into account the personal objectives of the staff.
  • Collaborative flexibility in enrollment processes between principals and Human Resources, Admissions, Learning Support and Finance departments.  Establishing flexible processes that accommodate last-minute enrollments and the diverse needs of incoming students, ensuring that Lincoln remains adaptable to changing demands.
  • Enrollment experienced a slight upward trend in February 2023, exceeding budget expectations. To support inclusion, faculty have been added to the Support Services area, and more sections have been opened in specific grades to accommodate new students.

2023-2024

  • Regular staffing review meetings held three times a year to proactively plan for changing needs and ensure alignment between staffing and enrollment, addressing both short-term and long-term demands.
  • Developing a formal policy that ties staffing decisions directly to enrollment levels, allowing for strategic flexibility while ensuring the appropriate balance between faculty and student needs.
  • Improving faculty and staff diversity, with greater emphasis on increasing faculty and staff diversity, which will strengthen the school's ability to provide an inclusive and well-rounded educational environment.
