2020-2021

  • Developed Lincoln's graphic standards manual, including visual elements that represented the identity and brand, setting guidelines for all future communication.

2021-2022

  • Collaborated within the operational teams to develop strategies and guidelines for communicating Lincoln’s unique value proposition.
  • Defined the prospective market, understanding their preferences and the communication channels to attract and engage them. 

2022-2023

  • Focused on developing Lincoln's identity and value proposition for both potential families and staff, locally and internationally.
    Created a digital “candidate swag bag” to be used for recruitment of prospective teachers, administrators and staff members.

2023-2024

  • Promotional materials content refresh to better reflect the school's essence and current highlights with updated admissions folders, brochures, promotional items, and digital assets.

  • Developed  an identity survey for students, staff, parents, and alumni, to gather insights into the school's identity.
