2020-2021

  • There is no evidence.

2021-2022

  • In April 2022, Lincoln consolidated all policies into a centralized location and developed a comprehensive written review protocol.
    A policy review calendar was established, setting a two-year cycle for the evaluation and potential revision of all operational and administrative policies.
  • By May 2022, the process for reviewing policies was finalized, identifying key policies for review over the next two years to ensure relevance and compliance.
     

2022-2023

  • For 2022-2023, it is recommended to form an Internal Policy Review Committee, composed of members from the Admin Team and other relevant staff. This committee will focus on creating a comprehensive Internal Administrative Policy Manual to streamline policy management.
  • The new committee will prioritize a systematic review of all current policies, ensuring that they align with the school’s goals and legal requirements. This process will involve revisiting each policy in detail to identify areas for improvement or necessary updates.
  • The two-year policy review process will be guided by the newly established committee, which will coordinate with different departments to ensure consistency, clarity, and transparency in the development and application of all administrative policies.

2023-2024

  • Work commenced on preparing a procedures manual for each sector, following the establishment of a centralized policy management system.
  • Developed the concept of an internal portal to house and manage the procedures, ensuring all employees have streamlined access.
  • Internal procedures continued to be activated, with new procedures created as necessary to maintain alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.

2024-2025

  • As of August 24, 2 of the 9 procedure manuals are under review for publication. There is 1 that is already finalized and under review by the manager. 
  • The space on the school's web site for the publication of policies and procedures has been enabled. The format for the first publications is being revised.
