ALESSANDRO MANUNTA

Alessandro Manunta is an international business leader with more than 20 years of experience across Europe, Australia, Asia, and Latin America. He currently serves as Country Manager for HEINEKEN South Cone, leading the business across Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, and Bolivia.

Alessandro is an Italian and Australian citizen who relocated with his family to Buenos Aires in 2025. His two sons attend Lincoln. Having lived and worked across four continents, he values the importance of international education and diverse perspectives. Passionate about leadership, innovation, and building brands, he is proud to contribute to the school's future as a member of the Board of Governors.

ANDREI SERBIN PONT

Andrei is an international analyst, strategist, and communicator. He holds a PhD in International Relations and currently serves as President of CRIES, a hemispheric think tank, and as co-founder of Clavis Hemisphaerii Strategic Advisory, a boutique geopolitical risk and strategic intelligence consultancy. He is also CEO of PROAMED, an engineering firm serving the mining and energy sectors.
Andrei is a daily co-host and analyst on Infobae al Mediodía, the flagship broadcast of the largest Spanish-language news portal, where he covers geopolitics, defense, security, and energy. His expertise spans extractive industries, technology applied to defense, and Latin American strategic affairs. 
Andrei is a Lincoln alumni and lives in Buenos Aires with his family. He has two children at Lincoln.

Christine Eichinger

Christine Eichinger is the Regional Financial Management Officer at the U.S. Embassy in Buenos Aires. A career member of the U.S. Department of State since 2013, she has served across five countries, including Nepal, Ghana, Brazil, and Mexico. Prior to her diplomatic career, Christine served at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, where she led a high-priority task force on homeless resources and specialized in data analytics.

A proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Christine holds a J.D. and an M.B.A. from the University of Iowa, as well as a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Christine lives in Buenos Aires with her husband and two children; in her spare time, she is an avid board game enthusiast and enjoys yoga and myrmecology.

DEMIAN PINTOS LABANDERA

Demian is an Industrial Engineer with an MBA from IE Business School in Madrid. He is currently Managing Director for the South Cluster at Philip Morris International, overseeing operations across Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Paraguay and Uruguay. He brings over two decades of leadership experience in the consumer goods industry, with a multicultural background and global perspective, having lived in Spain, Mexico, Switzerland, and Bulgaria.

Originally from Venezuela, with Spanish and Uruguayan roots, Demian is passionate about technology, education, food and sports. He is married to Laura and has two daughters at Lincoln. He enjoys playing soccer and basketball every week with fellow Lincoln parents.

ALEJANDRO FIGUEROA

Alejandro is an Argentine citizen. He is qualified to practice as a lawyer in Argentina and as a solicitor in England and Wales. He spent 20 years living in London initially practicing law and subsequently for global energy companies doing business worldwide.

Alejandro returned to Argentina in 2018 to help Equinor, an international energy company, to set up its local business. He has two children at Lincoln High School.
