Welcome to lincoln!


We are a caring and connected community, representing many different cultures from around the world, languages, traditions, beliefs, and expressions of self, and we come together to learn. This community is joined together by our mission, which drives everything we do.

We inspire and challenge all of our learners

We empower them to develop into self-aware, confident,
innovative, and collaborative change-agents committed
to honoring diversity and enhancing their world.

 

Her previous six years have been at the American Embassy School of New Delhi, where she has led as Deputy Director. She's an experienced international leader, having served as a senior administrator at Graded School, in São Paulo, Brazil; Casablanca American School, in Morocco; Schutz American School, in Alexandria, Egypt, and the International School of Ouagadougou, in Burkina Faso.

She's a native of Tennessee, where she earned her BS in Psychology and Sociology from East Tennessee State University. She went on to the University of Connecticut, where she earned an MA Educational Psychology, and Temple University, where she earned her Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology.

In recent years, she has added a Certificate of International School Leadership from the Principals’ Training Center and a Post-Masters in Educational Leadership from The College of New Jersey.

Lincoln is a non-profit school governed by a Board. These volunteers are responsible for setting and approving school policy, overseeing Lincoln’s financial status, recruiting, supporting and evaluating the Superintendent and guiding the strategic direction of the school.
