Placement Testing

Students joining Lincoln High School require placement testing in English, Spanish and/or Math before beginning classes unless otherwise indicated by the school counselor. Placement testing will take place on Thursday, July 30, and Friday, July 31. Appointments can be made with the counseling secretary, Naomi Barbour at naomi.barbour@lincoln.edu.ar or by calling at 54-11-4794-9400 ext. 236. Please plan to arrive in Buenos Aires in time for these tests.
Please note that the completion of these placement tests is required before meeting with the high school counselor for orientation and scheduling. Students unable to take the test on those days will be scheduled as early as possible upon their arrival to Lincoln. After testing is complete, an appointment will be made with the counselor and the student will be able to attend class the following day.

Supplies for Grades 9 to 12

All basic supplies are available locally.

Computer Files

You may want to invest in a USB Drive (also known as Flash drives, Thumb drives, USB sticks, etc.) to store and transport computer documents safely. These are available in Buenos Aires, but are typically more expensive here.

Uniforms

There are no uniforms in the Lincoln High School nor in the physical education (PE) classes. However, students are required to bring an appropriate change of clothes for PE (depending on the season and the sport) as well as tennis shoes.
